  The individual we were working with was too busy to be able to look up properties for us. Were given very limited windows to see houses because of her availability. Went with another local realtor and had a much better experience.

  My wife and I have been working with Tara of Nth Degree and she has been great. She has answered our many questions very quickly when emailed, helped us through some tricky options when making an offer, made great recommendations for mortgage lenders and building inspectors. Very glad she has been helping us and would recommend her immediately for those looking in the area. Sommer one of the co-founders of this little yet great Real Estate company helped my parents out 10 years ago and I remember the care and patience she had with them that I googled her and found she created her own company which is awesome. Also they have the best looking signs, not obnoxious orange, but a cool pastel green and blue that compliments the Sauk region.
